INFORMATION SHEET PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003.

Under the provisions of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 setting out the personal data protection code, I the writer, in the role of holder of the data in question, inform you that the personal data acquired as result of the establishment of the professional/business relationship between us shall be processed in full respect for the right to basic liberties and dignity of the interested party, with particular regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data. Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:

  • The data provided by you shall be processed for the purposes of legal and fiscal obligations and in order to fulfil contractual obligations.
  • The data provided by you shall be processed using electronic and non-electronic tools.
  • We inform you that provision of these data is compulsory since they are required to fulfil legal and contractual obligations and therefore refusal to provide the said data, either in full or in part, shall result in its being impossible for the writer to proceed with the contractual relationship in question.
  • With the exclusion of disclosure and communication made in order to fulfil legal and contractual obligations, the data provided to the writer shall be used solely to comply with the law and may be communicated in Italy or abroad solely for the purposes of credit protection and better management of the rights relating to the individual business relationship, in particular, disclosure to credit institutions, trade associations, consultants or service providing companies, public and professional bodies performing duties relating to the fulfilment of accounting and fiscal obligations.
  • Your personal data may come to the attention of persons appointed to process these data and those appointed to operate, manage and maintain electronic processing tools.
  • Your data shall not in any way be broadcast.

The holder of the data to be processed is Nichel Cromo S.r.L., elected domicile in Mirandola (MO), and we wish to remind you of your rights under Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and, in particular, the right to gain access to your personal data and to ask for them to be corrected, updated or deleted if they are incomplete, incorrect or they have been collected in violation of the law, and also your right to object to their processing for lawful reasons, submitting any such requests to the person holding or managing your data.
